Stringing Service Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully. By submitting your racquet for restringing, you agree to the terms below.
Assumption of Risk
I, the customer, understand that racquet restringing carries certain inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to, racquet frame damage, string breakage, or grommet wear during the process. While every effort will be made to ensure quality workmanship and care, I acknowledge that such risks are an unavoidable part of the service.
Equipment Damage
I recognize that despite reasonable care taken by the service provider, damage to my racquet may occur during restringing. This may include, but is not limited to, cracked frames, broken grommets, or other structural issues. By agreeing to these terms, I release the service provider from any liability for such damage.
String Warranty
I understand that the service provider does not guarantee string performance or longevity. Factors such as player technique, string tension, and playing conditions can affect durability and performance. String breakage or loss of tension after restringing is not covered under any warranty.
Pre-Existing Damage
I acknowledge that the service provider is not responsible for any damage resulting from pre-existing issues with my racquet, including cracks, warping, or prior improper repairs. It is my responsibility to disclose any known defects before restringing begins.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service provider from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the restringing service, including any damage to my racquet.
Service Fees
I agree to pay the full cost of the restringing service, regardless of whether my racquet sustains damage during the process or if I am dissatisfied with the results.
Unclaimed Items
Racquets or unpaid services not collected or settled within 7 days of job completion notification may be sold to recover associated costs.
Ongoing Acceptance of Terms
Initial acceptance of these Terms and Conditions constitutes perpetual acceptance and shall govern all current and future service requests unless expressly revoked in writing.
Consent to Service
By submitting my racquet for restringing, I authorize the service provider to perform the work as requested and confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
